Johnnie D. Jackow Sr. is the founder and CEO of Total Body Fitness, Worldwide. Johnnie started out in fitness as a certified personal trainer in the mid 90s. He authored his first book geared towards weight loss in 1998 and at that same time launched Total Body Fitness, Nationwide in the USA. He was also known as the fitness guru of his time running infomercials late night on local TV in Houston, Texas.  He has helped over 40,000 men and women reach their health and fitness goals from all over the world. He has over 60,000 documented hours of training in integrative functional medicine, In 2010 he completed his PhD in human physiology with a primary objective of helping people reach their health and fitness goals by using an alternative approach to conventional medicine and pharmaceutical drugs. Today, he has nearly 30 years of experience in health and fitness.
