Medical Ailments

Don't wait on disease! Prevention is key!

With so many medical ailments facing the population today why wait to make a change for the better! Procrastination is a disease’s best friend. Why? Most people put off bad habits like smoking, drinking alcohol, eating junk food, lack of exercise, etc. until it’s too late and they are either faced with a serious illness or an advanced level disease. I have so many clients who come to me with those regrets, that if only they would have started doing something sooner in way of improving their lifestyle, they might not be fighting for their lives today.

Granted, it’s never too late, but when you’re facing a serious illness time is not on your side. There are literally thousands of medical ailments a person can face in his or her lifetime, and there are many things that determine what those medical ailments may be. For example, your genetics play a major role on whether you will have heart disease, some cancers, etc.. However, just because you may have good genetics doesn’t mean you’re in the clear and can eat what you want, drink, smoke, and party it up all hours of the night without facing the piper at some point in your life.

I hear all the time from people that their grandmother drank moonshine and ate fried chicken for 50 years and she lived to be 95. People should not use their grandparents as an example especially since the times of growing up back then are far different than today. We are exposed to countless amounts of toxins from the foods we eat, the air we breathe, and the overwhelming amount of stress from overworking, malnutrition, lack of sleep, and the list goes on. So, comparing yourself to your grandmother or grandfather who grew up in the 30’s is not a very good comparison.

In any case, let’s say we have their good genes. Yes, we are one step ahead of the game when it comes to living a healthy disease free life. However, we must do our part and feed our body the proper nutrition, exercise or at least be active, and get a good restful sleep each and every night.

There are literally thousands of different medical ailments a person can acquire. Everything from inherited diseases to bacterial and viral infections to preventable diseases and illnesses due to bad eating habits, lack of exercise to the air we breathe and the toxins and chemicals we are exposed to on a daily basis.

With this kind of stress it’s no wonder our body’s are overworked to the point of total breakdown. I will touch on some of the most common medical ailments and diseases and offer complete information on how you can make a lifestyle change to see improvements in any of the conditions you may be experiencing.
