Activity Levels and Exercise

Most people don’t realize the importance of exercise. There is so much more that goes on when you move your body. For example, your entire lymphatic system depends on your movements and the lymphatic system is responsible for taking waste out of the cells and when you don’t move, that waste becomes stagnant and when that waste becomes stagnant it becomes toxic and when it becomes toxic it can create a countless number of symptoms that can make you feel fatigued, sick, and even worse cause some major illnesses down the road.

That’s just one example and I can list many more things that take place when you are not active. The human body was designed to move! That’s right! However, with today’s society and the convenience of technology, we tend to sit more than we ever did or should I say sit more than any of our ancestors ever did!

Bottom line is there are countless benefits of being active and if you want to take it a step further, you can keep bone diseases at bay and stop muscle loss in it’s tracks by simply adding a basic resistance training routine to your exercise program.
