Why Are You Overweight?
Are you tired of all the different diets and exercise
plans on the market today? Below are some of the basics on why some people
are overweight.
Everyone is different. For some, eating habits play a
large role. For some, it’s genetics, and others could have disease. For
most it is one or a combination of some or all of the above plus a lack of
exercise. Most importantly, all have one thing in common. They lack the
knowledge of what, when, and how much to eat per meal, per day. Also they
lack the knowledge of what exercises work best for fat loss and how to do
the exercises properly.

One phrase I hear all the time is "I have tried
everything but the weight won't come off". Does that sound
familiar?
I am here to tell you that you WON'T lose weight and
keep it off UNTIL we find the reason why your body is storing fat in the
first place. You would not believe how many of my clients ate like a little
bird and still gained weight. You might ask yourself how is that possible.
First of all UNLESS the body is functioning properly it will continue to
store fat. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Example, take a woman who has
had a child. If you are lucky your hormones will readjust back to how they were
before pregnancy and the weight comes off and before you know it your back
at your previous weight. However, if you are like MOST you will not be as
fortunate and weight gain will continue and/or the weight won't come off.
Why? Because your hormones are out of whack. I have no other way to say it.
If I put you on every diet on the market today you will NOT lose the weight
UNTIL we fix the problem that's causing it. In this case your hormones.

Okay, how do we go about fixing or should I say
reversing the negative change that occurred in your body during and after
child birth? Well, since no two people are alike a personally designed
program will work best.
Child birth is just ONE example. Anytime the body has
been put under stress of ANY kind or is IN STRESS due to illness, disease,
high cholesterol, high blood pressure, family problems, job problems, and
so on, it makes adjustments. Unfortunately those adjustments the body makes
is slowing down the metabolism so it can use energy to fight off whatever
else is going on at the time. When this occurs most anything you put in
your mouth goes straight to body-fat. Of course your body can do the exact
opposite and weight loss will occur when there is an underlying medical
ailment but if that were the case you would not be reading the information
on this web site. I am sure you are here because you want to lose weight,
not gain it.
