A Personal Testimony from Founder/CEO of Total Body Fitness, Johnnie D. Jackow Sr.

There are so many ways to lose weight but unfortunately losing the weight is the easy part. Keeping it off is the challenge. Most diets today have proven to yield only temporary results not to mention most are very unhealthy. The average person cannot tolerate extreme measures when it comes to most so-called miracle diets and normally it leads to discouragement and eventually the diet is stopped.

Before you know it the amount of weight lost suddenly comes back and then some. Most of the people I have met over the internet were unsuccessful at losing weight in the past. This bad experience left a negative impression with most thinking they will never accomplish their goals no matter what they do. They felt there was no hope and suffered badly from emotional stress. 

To be 100% successful at anything you do in life you must first forget about every negative situation that may have occurred in your past. This would be impossible to do on your own. However, I personally have a true friend that will help you to feel good about yourself. He will help guide you to success and make you more than a conquer'. 

That true friend I am talking about is Jesus Christ the Son of God. Take all your cares of this life and give them to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ this day.

If you read up to this point GOD is talking to YOU. PLEASE don't ignore these words.  

True success is not being the owner of a company or a high ranking employee in your place of work. It's not about driving brand new cars, owning brand new homes, or being well known. It's not even about achieving your weight loss goals. True success is knowing and worshiping God with all your heart, mind, and soul and obeying all His commandments. Living a righteous life that's pleasing to God. That's being successful! 

I would like to take a moment and ask if you know Jesus the Son of God. Jesus is the truth, the life, and the way to our salvation so that we can have hope for eternal life in the Kingdom of God. Without Jesus there is no truth, no life, no hope, and most of all no salvation. We all face good and bad things in life, and some of us may feel it is more of the bad. If you are in a time of need and you think you have no hope, or you feel alone and abandoned, Jesus can do in your life what you would think is impossible. He has changed my life forever! Seek the Lord Our God and the Kingdom of Heaven first and all good things will come! Unite as one with the Lord and ask him to come into your life. Prepare yourself not here on this earth with just the luxuries of life, but for eternity in the Kingdom of God. 

Remember this, you cannot take anything with you when you die. It's a fact! I have never seen a hurst in a funeral procession pulling a U haul trailer. Have you? 

Accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your only Savior, turn to him now and read the prayer below and it will change your life forever. Please don't take this lightly because it could be your last chance for salvation.

Prayer

Father in Heaven, for it is written in your word whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved! Father I believe you sent your Son Jesus Christ to earth to die on the cross for all sinners. Father I believe on the third day you resurrected Him from the dead and I believe He is seated at your right hand and has authority over all things. I believe He will come again to judge the living and the dead and I believe His Kingdom will have no end.

Jesus I come forth now and I invite you into my heart. I ask you Jesus to be my Lord and Savior. To guide me, to hold me, to comfort me in the time of troubles, and to hear and answer my prayers. I confess with my mouth that I am a sinner and I ask you to cleanse me of my sins. From this day forward I turn away from sin and follow your righteous pathway. I thank you Jesus for accepting me and I pray that you give me the strength I will need while living here on this earth. Amen!

For it don't stop here. In order to love and worship the Lord our God you must know him. Pick up a King James Version of the Bible that contains the Old and New Testaments, and if you don't currently belong to a church let God lead you to one.
