First thing people think of when they want to put on some muscle is going to the gym and piling on the heaviest weights on the rack. You would be surprised how many guys go to the gym in hopes of getting big, but instead walk out with a strained muscle or worse. Fact is, unless you know exactly what you are doing you can do more harm than good when it comes to lifting weights. One example is, guys want to build big biceps but forget all about the triceps not realizing that the triceps make up 2/3 of the upper arm. Same with chest. We see all the time where guys are doing nothing but bench press and other chest exercises while totally neglecting the upper back. The end result may appear to be a bigger chest but if the guy turns sideways you will see that his front deltoid muscles are overly developed and his rear delts are way under-developed. This results in a hunched over look which is horrible because it kills your posture.

I won't continue to bore you with do's and don'ts, but I will help you work each and every muscle so you gain size in exact proportion based on your skeletal size and overall genetics. In the end you will look lean, fit, and have the muscle that so many guys crave for. Best of all you won't have to go to the gym guessing what works and what don't because I will show you based on 25 years of experience that I have training in the gym. No, I'm not huge, but I never wanted to be because of my martial arts training. I am however, lean at 8-10% body-fat and I weigh in at 185 pounds which at 5'8" is not too shabby. Yes, when I was 23 years old I had 13" scrawny little arms, but now at 17" flexed they stand out.

How many times have you seen guys at the gym and they look big but they look round. By round I mean there is no muscle that's really showing. All you see is big round arms. Do you not want big arms that are defined, cut, ripped, or whatever you want to call it? Of course you do. You want people to see those muscles with veins that are wanting to rip out of your shirt. This is what you want and I can help.

I will not only design you a program so you can gain muscle at the fastest rate possible, I will teach you everything you need to do for your particular body-type and genetic make-up. Remember this, what works for Arnold "The Terminator" may not work for you. We are all different and you have to work the muscle fibers that you have most of based on your genetics. We will go into that in more detail whenever I design your program.

You can hit the weights all day long and if you are not eating the right amount of calories from the right foods you can forget about putting on any muscle that's worth bragging about. The key is to eat enough of the right foods and feeding your muscles without having your body store what you eat as body-fat. Yes, you can gain muscle and fat at the same time and end up with muscles that are hiding beneath the fat. You definitely don't want that now do you? Don't worry because I will show you what to eat, when to eat, how to exercise, when to exercise, so you can see optimal results for your body-type and specific genetic make-up.
