Why Choose Our Program

There are many diets on the internet that
focus on weight loss. However, how many of them focus on
weight loss while keeping the elasticity of the skin? We
found none! That's right, not one. Fact is, the popular
programs on the internet focus on
fast weight loss results so that the diet gains popularity.
Once the diet gains popularity it's all about marketing and
making money. Sad to say but true. You care about your
health and want to lose weight otherwise you would not be
reading this information. However, I want to enlighten your understanding about what
you can do to accomplish your goals quickly and safely
without putting your body through a great deal of stress.
Best of all I will show you how to lose weight while keeping
or even increasing the elasticity of your skin so that when
the weight comes off you won't be left with saggy and loose
skin which is not a pretty site when the clothes come off.
Loose Skin After Weight Loss
The one question I hear most of from clients who
have lost weight and/or clients who want to lose weight is
"What will happen to all of my skin once the weight comes
off or how do I get rid of the loose skin". Let's face it.
You want to lose weight for health reasons but you also want
to lose weight to look good. Right? So what good would it do
to look good with all your clothes on just to get out
of the shower every morning and look at a body that is
sagging to the floor with loose skin. It's one thing to look
good in clothes to fool others about your appearance, but
only you and your mate really know what you look like with
your clothes off. As a matter of fact I have had hundreds of
women tell me they refused to undress in front of their
partner or turn on the lights for the simple reason of not
feeling comfortable about their body. Bottom line is you want to look good with
your clothes on and with them off. Right?
How do you do that? Well, if you are
overweight and just starting on a diet program or you are
about to start a diet program this could be the most
valuable information you have read in your lifetime. That's
right! I am here to help people and as a professional
certified fitness expert I am about to blow the cover on all
these worthless diets on the market today. How do I know
this? Well, first of all from my years of training. Second
of all from seeing clients over the years that have gone
through the diet process using very popular diets. And last
but not least I have been behind the scenes and have heard
the negative side effects of all the most popular diets on
the market. Most of the big companies say it's about losing
weight and not about appearance or a great looking body with
clothes off. I am here to say it's about YOU and what you
want. After all when most people diet they don't even think
about having loose skin afterwards until it's too late.
Appearance should be taken into account.
First of all most people when they begin
a diet
for the first time they do so by cutting back on the amount of food
they eat. When done properly this is definitely one way to
lose weight if in fact you are an overeater to begin with.
It seems that every diet on the market today consist of low carbs. Yes, there are certain carbs that will hinder your
weight loss progress, however, we must continue to eat
certain carbs to PREVENT dehydration of the body. If you are
not too sure about what carbs do for us let me explain the
basics. Carbo-hydrates do just what they are named. They
hydrate the body. They are also the body's primary source of
energy. This is why you can cut out the carbs and the body
will revert to stored fat for energy in MOST cases IF done
properly. If you want to lose weight and have loose skin
afterwards the best diet to follow would be ANY low carb
diet on the market today. BUT, you really don't want loose
skin after losing all your weight, do you?
As the weight comes off it is very
important that we keep the body hydrated otherwise the skin
will lose it's elasticity and get loose. I have helped many
fitness models regain their full body youthful appearance
after giving birth or after going through some type of
stressful situation that caused tremendous weight gain. I
have helped 100% of them get back the firm tummy, thighs,
and buttocks, they once had. Oh, let's not forget the back
of the arms too.
Is it possible to lose weight with a low
carb diet and keep your body hydrated. Yes it is but if not
done properly you will lose the battle within a matter of
hours. That's right, hours. It don't take long for the body
to go into a dehydrated state and if you keep it there for
too long your skin will lose elasticity and damage starts to
set in unless you reverse the process quickly. How long does
it take to cause damage? Well, if you are young you can take
more abuse. However, if you are already in your mid-30's
then just 3-4 weeks on a low carb diet can cause some
serious loose skin issues after losing just 8-12 pounds. If
you have more than 12-15 pounds to lose PLEASE don't just
jump into a low carb diet UNLESS the diet itself contains
techniques on how to prevent loose skin and dehydration.
My complete program explains in detail
about how to lose weight through proper diet and exercise
without having to deal with all the loose skin afterwards.

If you have doubts about
what I have talked about so far don't take our word for it. Go on the
internet in some of the weight loss forums and you will hear
thousands of people talk about loose skin after losing
weight. Some regret the whole experience and are thinking
about spending thousands of dollars on plastic surgery OR
regaining their weight back.
