Let's face it. If an item or service is good it will have a value placed on it. Whether it be a car, house, food, and yes even a diet program. There are literally hundreds of free diet plans on the internet that in my opinion are useless. Why, because they are just that, a free diet plan. Without professional support and guidance 8 out of 10 people will fail. So look at it like this. You shouldn't be looking for a free diet plan but rather a complete diet plan that includes proper exercise, and support from a professional. Yes, a community is important also but remember, these are people in your same boat. I hate to put it this way but the blind cannot lead the blind.

Yes, there are many free diet plans on the market but the question is do you want to trust your life to them? I have seen women go into menopause at the age of 30 due to fad dieting.
