When working out make sure you are wearing light
colored clothing and try to expose as much skin surface as possible. Shorts
and a light t-shirt or tank-top would be ideal. Wearing heavy clothing
and/or plastic workout suits will result in heavy sweating and put a
tremendous amount of stress on the heart. Heavy sweating will only result in
temporary water weight loss which will all be gained back by the following
day. Fat burning is not
enhanced by heating up the body. As a matter of fact if the body becomes too
heated fat burning will stop. |
