When working out make sure you are wearing light colored clothing and try to expose as much skin surface as possible. Shorts and a light t-shirt or tank-top would be ideal. Wearing heavy clothing and/or plastic workout suits will result in heavy sweating and put a tremendous amount of stress on the heart. Heavy sweating will only result in temporary water weight loss which will all be gained back by the following day.
