I am 45 years old with Diabetes and high blood pressure. I hav always fought with my weight. Lost my mother back in Dec 03 and really became depressed and instead of losing weight depressed i gained alot. Am now just looking to lose so that i feel better and can get off the diabetes meds. Thats my goals
