Just An Average Girl
I am a mother and a wife. I work full time and hardly get the chance to get out an exercise like I should. I want to learn to eat better, loose a little bit more weight, exercise more, and most of all, I am doing this so I can quit smoking so I can be around for my daughters.

PSLCountryGirl: I just wanted to introduce myself. I have tried many different sites to help me loose weight and possible be a great support system to quit smoking. I just had the last brother pass away out of my grandfather and his 2 brothers. They all died of cancer
